U- Joint consists of parts: universal joint fork, cross, needle bearing, oil seal, bearing cap and so on.

    It is the machine that realizes the power transmission of the variable Angle and is used to change the position of the direction of the transmission axis. It is the "joint" part of the universal gearing of the automobile driving system.

    In order to ensure sufficient lubrication of U-joint, a good lithium base grease is used.


    It consists of parts: transmission shaft, star sleeve, cage, steel ball, bell shell, grease and etc.

    CV joint is also known as the "constant velocity universal joint", which is an important part of the car's transmission system. The function is to transfer the power of the engine from the transmission to the driving wheel, to make car drive at high speed. Generally, it divides into inner CV joint and outer CV joint. Inner CV joint effectively connects gearbox and differential mechanism, outer CV joint is mainly connected to the wheel parts. Whether its power output or vehicles in turn, outer CV joint is at work.

    In order to ensure sufficient lubrication of CV joint, high temperature resistant lubricating greases that the main components is molybdenum disulfide is used.

Control arm

    Control arm mainly composed of parts: brachial, bushing, ball joint and so on.


    Control arm is also known as the swing arm; as the guide and transmission element of the automobile suspension system, the various forces on the wheel are transferred to the body, and the wheels are guaranteed to move in a certain trajectory. The control arm connects the wheels and body flexibly through ball hinges or bushing.

    The control arm (including the bushing and ball joint that is attached to it) should have sufficient stiffness, strength and service life.

    The fork (V) arm is used for the lower arm of the independent suspension of the double transverse arm or the lower arm of the McPherson suspension, and the triangle-bracket is used for the lower arm of the front McPherson suspension, which is used to transfer the transverse and vertical loads. These two kinds are our main control arm products.
